Conditional redirect based on answers

Feature Request
Ability to send people to a different redirect site based on their response after hitting submit. Q: Would you like to book a call? If Answer A (Yes) --> then redirect to site A (Book a call page) If Answer B (No) --> then redirect to site B (Thank you page)
