Closed Form Text is not visible on the form

When you decide to close your form, either by setting its status to Close, or when your Close Date is past, the text you have set up is not visible.

Instead, you just have the yellow block that is shown.

More precisely, you can see the text during a few milliseconds, and it disappears.

Note that the text gets removed from the HTML, it is not simply hidden or not visible.
